In addition, you yourself can tell the weight of the baggage car attendant and hope that he will believe you. If the conductor is not inclined to take his word for it, you will have to pay for the weight of 50 kilograms - this is the “default” value for luggage with an unknown weight.
Step 3
If you plan to bring your luggage directly to the train, make an appointment with the guide and the ticket clerk. Also, try to fill out the maximum amount of paperwork in advance (especially if you plan to transport things with cargo) so that you do not have to fill them out right before the train leaves.

When transporting cargo luggage, you will need to write an application addressed to the head of the station, in which indicate the name of the luggage, its weight, number of pieces, type of packaging, destination, last name, first name, patronymic and contact details of the sender and recipient, as well as the desired method of notifying the recipient.
Step 5
Fill out the receipt for collecting your baggage immediately. Indicate in it your last name, first name, patronymic, passport data. This must be done in order for you to have time to receive your luggage at your station - all you have to do is sign the receipt. After all, parking time in some places only takes a couple of minutes.
