Depending on the genetic predisposition of different people, sweating occurs in different ways: in some it is quite strong, in others it is not very. Therefore, the elimination method must be selected based on the characteristics of the organism.

To get rid of this ailment, you can use antiperspirants, which drown out unpleasant odors and prevent sweating. When using this agent, sweat cannot escape to the surface of the skin, since this process is hampered by the compounds of zinc and aluminum, which are part of the antiperspirant. But experts do not recommend using them more than twice a week.

If possible, you need to take a shower 2-3 times a day; wet deodorant wipes can be used for areas of the body that are wet during the day. They will help you spend hot days without the use of deodorants and antiperspirants.

Special baths will help to noticeably reduce the separation of sweat. For example, you can add 3-4 tablespoons of baking soda or a glass of 6% vinegar to the water. Baths with herbal infusions, for example, from oregano, oak bark, St. John's wort, and mint, also perfectly eliminate this ailment. To prepare any of these infusions, pour 2 tablespoons of the herb with cold water and boil for half an hour. After that, leave for an hour, strain and add to the bath.

Take advantage of folk recipes. Rub the shaved armpits overnight with apple cider vinegar, and wash with soap and water in the morning. There will be no smell all day.

Sweating will be reduced if you apply baking soda gruel to problem areas, which you need to hold for 15-20 minutes.

If none of the methods helps, consult a therapist. This trouble can be a sign of serious diseases such as diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis, vegetative dystonia, etc.
