A business traveler or just a traveler can easily call a taxi to the airport from the arrivals hall, or even directly from the plane. And it is easier and more convenient for a relative from another city to get to their destination by a pre-ordered car.

A taxi call service is provided at most airports. Find a counter with the sign "Taxi", find out the rates, including for baggage transportation. If they suit you, make an order to the dispatcher. You will be informed about the expected waiting time or will immediately invite a driver. Be sure to find out how much the trip will cost, and after completing it, take a check.

If the prices for cars at the airport services seem too high to you, you can call any city taxi. The numbers of companies offering trucking can be found at the airport information desk or in any newspaper, free advertisements at the press counter. Call, find out the prices and waiting time for the car.

Some airlines offer a taxi service directly on board. Usually a stewardess informs about the possibility of such a service. You will be asked to fill out a special form indicating the route, and a car will be waiting for you upon arrival.

In large cities, there are special taxis at the airport that deliver passengers from the airport to the railway station. You can find out about the availability of such a service at the airport information desk.
Step 5
If you have arrived in Moscow and are afraid that by ordering a taxi you will be stuck in traffic jams for a long time, take the car to the metro station. You can quickly get to the metro by Aeroexpress. This option is much more profitable, especially since some airlines include the cost of moving by express in the ticket price. To order a taxi, go to the fleet counter in the arrivals hall or contact the help desk.
Step 6
You can order a car not only for yourself. At your request, the taxi driver will meet a nonresident colleague or relative, having prepared a sign with his name in advance. Provide the dispatcher with the flight details, flight arrival time and the name of the arrival. Check if there is a waiting time in the event of a delayed flight or baggage claim and notify your guest that they will be met.
