Instructions

Step 1

Continuous surveillance.

For 5 minutes, carefully examine any object (for example, a matchbox, pencil, coin, etc.). In this case, you can blink, but in no case look away. Examine the object up and down, find all the new small details and properties. This exercise should be performed until the moment when attention is easy to concentrate and hold on the subject.

Step 2

Rhythmic observation.

Take any subject and focus on it. Breathing should be calm. As you exhale, close your eyes and erase the image of the object in your imagination. As you inhale, open your eyes and study the thing again. You need to do at least 50 approaches. Then vice versa: on exhalation - observation, on inhalation - erasure.

Step 3

Mental vision.

Look at any object continuously for 4 minutes. Then close your eyes and try to visualize the subject in detail. Opening your eyes, compare the image in your head with the original. Repeat this exercise at least 5-10 times. At first, the image will look like a blurry silhouette, but over time you will achieve a clear inner vision. From simple objects, move on to more detailed ones, and then to large paintings and texts.

Step 4

Indoor videoscope.

Look at one object (for example, a coin), then at another object (for example, a glass) for a minute. With your eyes closed, try to combine the coin and glass. Overlay can be either double or triple.
