Often most of us are faced with the need to make a claim. As a rule, the purpose of the claim is the settlement of conflicts between the parties in a pre-trial manner. It is more efficient to write it in writing and send it by e-mail.

Instructions

Step 1

The claim can be written in any form. To begin with, indicate in the upper right corner of the sheet to whom you are sending your claim (legal entity / individual). Under the details of the addressee, indicate your surname, initials, address, as well as a contact phone number. Then write “Claim” in the center of the sheet.

Step 2

In order for your claim to be effective, you need to clearly think over its content. It is preferable if the text will not exceed 1500 characters. The most optimal size is half or a whole A4 sheet.

Step 3

In the claim, provide links to laws. They look convincing and will help you understand the problem that has arisen.

Step 4

Briefly and clearly state what the violation of your rights is. After that, write what the addressee should do to meet your requirements. Please note that your requirements must not conflict with applicable law.

Step 5

Attach documents supporting the facts stated in the claim. It is enough to provide copies of the documents, as the originals may come in handy later.

Step 6

Date the claim and sign. In order to sign in electronic form, you should print the appeal on a printer, then sign and scan the text.

Step 7

In case you have an e-mail of the addressee, send a claim by e-mail. You can also give it in person. The most important thing is to have proof that the claim has been received.
