One of the services for determining the region can be tried at https://www.gsm-inform.ru/info. You need to enter the phone number in the input field and click the "Search" button. In response, you will be provided with information about the country, region and operator of the subscriber to which the phone number is registered
Step 3
Another similar online identifier of the region by number is on the site www.spravportal.ru. After going to the site, click on the link "Identify the operator by phone number" and enter the phone number in the search field. Click the "Define operator" button, after which you will be provided with information about the operator, country and region.
