A fairly common situation - the phone is missing. Perhaps he fell out of his purse, or remained lying on a table in a public place, or was simply stolen. In any case, losing your phone is very unpleasant, since it not only deprives you of your means of communication, the Internet, a calculator and other useful functions (you can buy equipment, after all), but also your contacts, phone numbers, which are much more difficult to recover. If you do not waste time and perform all the necessary actions, it is quite possible to find the phone.

Submit an application to the ROVD of the area where the theft took place. By law, your application must also be accepted by the traffic police post, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the district inspector and even the fire department. Please note that if you simply lost your phone, then the application may not be accepted (since there is no corpus delicti). If you have acquaintances in the police or telecom operators, contact them. This is the most effective and fastest way, because knowing the IMEI number of your phone (it is individual for each device), they can quickly determine which SIM card is inserted into it and where the phone is generally located. If the telephone is very important to you, but you do not have acquaintances in suitable structures, contact a private security company. Call several private security companies, since not all of them offer this service (it will cost at least 1000 rubles). Go to the phone market or place that sells / buys used phones. They can also bring the result of visiting pawnshops, cell repair shops, points for buying equipment. If you find yours, return to this place again, but this time with a representative of the authorities (in this case, the statement of theft must have already been submitted). Send an SMS or call your cell number and offer a profitable redemption of the phone through third parties. Do not threaten in any way, as this may frighten off the finders or thieves. If you lose your phone, print the ads and post them in the area where it was lost. You can also advertise in the newspaper and submit it to the lost property table, it is quite possible that this will work. As soon as the loss is discovered, rather block the SIM card so that the criminal cannot use your money. Write a request for restoration, and after a while you will be given a new SIM-card with your old number.
