Cineraria should be grown outdoors in a place protected from direct sunlight. The most ideal lighting conditions for her are sunlight in the morning and shade in the afternoon. For indoor cineraria, scattered sunlight is desirable. Place the plant on a sunny side, protecting it from direct sunlight with a curtain. The comfortable temperature for home cineraria is about 18 degrees.
Step 2
Always keep the soil in which cineraria grows moist. This applies to both indoor plants and those growing outdoors. Cineraria does not tolerate sharp fluctuations in humidity. Lack of water can significantly reduce the flowering time of a plant, while excess water will lead to root rot over time. When watering the soil, be careful - the foliage must remain dry. Indoor cineraria is best grown in a pot with multiple drainage holes in the bottom.

Feed the cineraria regularly, starting with the first buds. Use liquid fertilizer for flowering plants, apply according to package directions.

If there is dry air in the room where cineraria grows, put it in a tray of water. To do this, take a shallow bowl or saucer and spread out a layer of gravel or pebbles evenly, then add water. Place a pot of flowers in this tray. Water vapor will provide additional moisture. Do not add too much water, as the pot should be on the pebbles, but not in the water.
