Step 1

Banana cake

You will need:

- a pack of Cracker cookies (250 g);

- 4 bananas;

- 500 g sour cream 15-20% fat;

- 2 glasses of sugar.

Take a flat dish and begin to lay out the first layer of cookies one by one. Dissolve sugar in sour cream and thickly grease a layer of cookies with the resulting cream. Then, peel the bananas and cut into slices. Put them on the second layer of the cake, and on top again carefully coat with sour cream. Then repeat the layers with the cookies and bananas again, smearing them with cream until the raw materials run out. Put the finished cake in the refrigerator so that it is soaked as much as possible, from half an hour to 3 hours.

Step 2

Cheesecake with berries and white chocolate

You will need:

- 40-50 pieces of any cookie;

- 100 g of butter;

- a glass of cream cheese;

- a glass of sugar;

-200 g of chocolate (preferably white);

- a tablespoon of bourbon;

- half a glass of any nuts;

- 2 glasses of berries;

- whipped cream;

- 2 tablespoons of honey;

- salt.

Grind the nuts and cookies, adding melted butter and salt to taste. Distribute the finished mixture in the form and put in the refrigerator for about an hour. Whisk melted white chocolate with cream cheese, bourbon and sugar. Put the finished cream on the cake and let it brew in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours. Pour honey on the finished cake, garnish it with whipped cream and berries.

Cheese cake

You will need:

- 500 g of cottage cheese;

- 500 g of cookies;

- 180 g butter;

- two glasses of sugar;

- 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream;

- 1 tablespoon of cocoa.

Dip each cookie slice in milk and place on a serving dish. Combine one and a half cups of sugar with melted butter and cottage cheese. Divide the resulting mixture in two. Place the first one on the cookie layer. Next comes a layer of cookies and curd filling again. To make the frosting, combine the sour cream, remaining sugar and cocoa and bring to a boil. Simmer the mixture over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Then cool the icing and pour the cake over it.

Cold gingerbread cake

You will need:

- 500 g of low-fat sour cream;

- 500 g of gingerbread;

- 3 bananas;

- a glass of nuts;

- half a glass of powdered sugar.

Chop the gingerbread cookies and bananas, chop the nuts. Saute the banana slices over low heat for 3-5 minutes. Mix the icing sugar and sour cream to create a cream. Put gingerbread and bananas soaked in sour cream alternately on a dish, sprinkling with nut crumbs on top. Let the cake sit in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours, or leave it there overnight.

Marshmallow and nut cake

You will need:

- 5 pieces of cookies;

- a kilogram of marshmallows;

- half a kilo of walnuts;

- 2 glasses of sugar;

- 2 eggs;

- 180 g butter;

- a glass of milk.

Grind the walnuts with a blender. Divide the marshmallow into 2 halves if combined. Also cut each half into 2 pieces to flatten the marshmallow. Beat eggs with sugar and milk and cook until thickened over low heat, not letting it boil, then cool. Soften and beat the butter, then add the mixture to it and beat again. Put the marshmallow halves into the finished form, filling all the free spaces, then grease the layer with the finished custard, and sprinkle with hazelnuts on top. Then repeat the process adding layers of marshmallow, cream and nuts. Decorate the last layer of marshmallow and cream with pre-ground cookies. We remove the finished cake in a dark cool place to infuse.

Chocolate cherry cake

You will need:

- 200 g of cookies;

- 250 g of dark chocolate;

- 100 g of butter;

- 200 g cream;

- cherry (or any other) jam;

- 2 yolks.

Combine softened butter with pre-crushed cookies. Melt the chocolate in the cream, simmer a little over the fire until it boils. Remove from heat and add the yolks, mixing everything thoroughly. Put a layer of cookies on the prepared dish, brush it with jam and cover with chocolate cream. Let the cake sit in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Lime cake

You will need:

- 150 g of Cracker cookies;

- 100 g of butter;

- 500 g of condensed milk;

- half a glass of powdered sugar;

- 2 limes;

- a glass of whipped cream.

Combine the chopped cracker with the icing sugar and butter. Put the prepared mixture on a dish and let it brew in the refrigerator for an hour. Juice the limes without throwing away the zest. Whisk it well and half of the remaining zest with the condensed milk and cream. Pour the resulting mixture into the finished cake layer, decorate with the remaining zest and let it brew in the refrigerator for another 2-3 hours.
