Instructions

Step 1

Technical conditions refer to design and technological documentation, therefore, rather strict requirements are imposed on their design and content. Regardless of what product or material you are developing this document for, its structure will always be the same. In addition to the introductory part - general provisions establishing the subject of standardization with a list of terms and definitions used, the technical specifications must contain several mandatory sections.

Step 2

The sections of the technical specifications should be set out in a specific order: technical requirements for the product, safety requirements, environmental protection requirements, rules for product acceptance, methods for monitoring its performance or characteristic parameters, transportation and storage conditions, operating instructions and manufacturer's warranties.

Step 3

The content of the developed technical specifications must comply with the mandatory requirements of state, republican and industry standards that apply to this type of products, materials or substances. They must contain the requirements of GOSTs for these products.

Step 4

In the event that the product requires obtaining a certificate of fire safety or explosion protection of electrical equipment, be sure to include fire safety requirements or explosion protection characteristics in the technical specifications.

Step 5

External registration of technical specifications must comply with GOST R 6.30-2003 "Registration of technical documentation". The developed technical conditions must be registered with the territorial standardization body.
