The work book is the most important document of the employee, confirming his employment at certain periods. It is needed not so much for employers who want to find out about the former workplaces of their employee, but to facilitate the calculation of insurance experience, and each entry must be made in compliance with a strictly established form.

Instructions

Step 1

The spread of the work book contains all the necessary information about hiring and subsequent dismissal, transfer to another position. The very first record of any person is information about a job. The organization in which the worker gets a job must put his stamp. It is located in the upper central part of the document, has an elongated rectangular shape and contains the full name of the enterprise and its legal form. In his absence, this data is written by hand by a personnel officer.

Step 2

Further, in the left field, the ordinal number of the record and its date in numerical format are put down. The information itself begins with the word "Accepted", followed by the name of the department and the vacancy. For example: "to the transport department by courier." The right column includes the number and date of the personnel order that accompanies any personnel changes.

Step 3

The record of transfer, both to another structural unit and to a higher position, is drawn up in a similar way, but without a re-stamped stamp, and it begins with the word “Transferred / a” followed by the designation of a new department or position occupied. The date and number of the order are indicated. The increase in the category is prescribed in the form "Assigned to the n-th category of such and such a specialty."

Step 4

Any movements accompanying the activities of the organization are reflected in the work books of its employees, and if it is renamed for some reason, then a corresponding record is also made about this fact. For example: ZAO Plus is renamed into ZAO Plus-Standard. This does not affect the employee's career in any way.

Step 5

Dismissal information is more informative and contains an extended list of data that must be included. After the word "dismissed / a" there should be a reason: at their own request, in connection with the expiration of a fixed-term employment contract, in the order of transfer to another enterprise. Further, the article of the Labor Code is always indicated. For example, your own desire is clause 3 of article 77 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

Step 6

The grounds for dismissal are divided into four categories: the desire of the employee, the will of the employer in connection with the guilty actions of the employee (absenteeism), the agreement of the parties, or an independent reason. The latter includes staff reduction, liquidation or reorganization of the company. In addition to other data present when applying for a job, the name and signature of the dismissing person or an inspector of the personnel department, as well as the seal of the organization, are present here. Below is the line "Familiarized / a" and the signature of the employee - the owner of the work book.
