Every day, almost every one of us uses bags with images printed on them. Most often they contain brief information about the company, products or any discounts. Printing on bags is the most effective and at the same time the cheapest form of advertising, which is ideal for any field of activity. And this is due to the fact that packages with logos do not require the hiring of advertising distributors and promoters, since their functions are performed for free by the most ordinary buyers.

Necessary

  • - flexogram;
  • - water-based or alcohol-based paint;
  • - stencil.

Instructions

Step 1

The printing of the image on the bags is carried out using the flexography method, thanks to which it became possible to produce large quantities of products at a relatively low price. Moreover, flexography makes it possible to produce prints that are absolutely safe for both human health and the environment through the use of water-based or alcohol-based paints.

Step 2

Before printing begins, a special flexographic form is created, which is a flexible polymer. The selected image is subsequently transferred to it. This is done by chemical etching and laser engraving.

Step 3

A separate shape is produced for each color of the image. Its width and length depends on the size of the applied image. One form is able to withstand rolling of one print run for 700 thousand packages or five repeated runs. This makes it possible not to produce flexogram for repeated orders.

Step 4

For the production of a small circulation, the silk-screening method is used, which allows printing from 50 copies. At the same time, the need to create a flexographic form, which is also very expensive, disappears. Thanks to silk-screen printing, high color rendering is achieved.

Step 5

For printing in this case, special stencils are used, which require preparation before starting work. The stencil is a grid. It is through it that the paint is applied to the surface of the package.

Step 6

To begin with, the process of color separation of the image is launched, which allows differentiating the original image into colors. And only after that the stencil-mesh is made. There should be a separate stencil for each color. Further, the process of creating a seal is carried out on the exposure device.
