But getting up early is not enough, it is also important to usefully spend the morning hours that you have. Be sure to have a hearty breakfast, your mood during the day also depends on what you eat for breakfast. Your best bet is to eat something healthy, such as oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, toast, and a boiled egg. After such a breakfast, you will not want to eat anything until lunch. After breakfast, do some exercises, so you will provide yourself with a charge of vivacity for the whole day.
