Astrophytums, which, due to easy crossing, have become the most popular cacti, are perfect for cacti aesthetes. Interesting and thorns on their stems, forming a pattern, and this plant blooms from mid-July to November. Its 5-centimeter flowers resemble a funnel, have a light yellow color and the appearance of not one, but 2-3 flowers brings special joy.

Lobivium most often resembles a ball or egg and is perfect for beginner flower growers, since it is undemanding to care for. Flowers appear on the side and open only for one day. Nevertheless, this cactus will bloom all summer, and the white, yellow and red funnel buds appear huge against the background of a miniature plant.

Aporocactus is the most popular among the unique plants. Luxurious pink flowers with a diameter of 4 centimeters appear on them in spring. Long stems, on which several buds bloom, are pleasing to the eye from March to May.

Phyllocactus, or epiphyllum, has flat long stems with small denticles, but no thorns. Bright red, snow-white, cream and odorless pink buds appear twice - in spring and autumn. There are also fragrant species, but they bloom at night.

The stem of the fraleia resembles a ball or cylinder in shape, on which flowers appear in the second year after planting. In shape, yellow or maroon buds resemble a cone, and they appear at the top. The miniature size of such cacti and the ease of care will appeal to all cactus growers.
