Since October 2011, new electric trains Moscow-Lobnya began to run along the Savelovskoye direction. Their movement was opened with great pomp: the event was attended by the mayors of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin, the president of the Russian Railways company Vladimir Yakunin and the general director of Aeroexpress Alexei Krivoruchko. A modernized luxury train was launched, which will make the trip fast and comfortable.
The modernized express trains are serviced by a subsidiary of Aeroexpress, REX: Region Express. All cars of the train have the same design, are decorated in the same corporate style and are painted blue. The same design concept is used to decorate the cash desks, elements of passenger navigation in the station building and on the platform.
Due to the modernization, the number of passenger seats has increased by a third, and the travel time is only about 25 minutes in a well-equipped carriage. It is now possible to get to Lobnya and back with increased comfort. In addition to comfortable seats, the cars are equipped with vacuum toilets, video and audio broadcasting systems. The cars are also equipped with spacious luggage racks and racks. There are special places for disabled people and people with disabilities.
During the trip, you can watch entertainment programs, they are broadcast on large screens that are perfectly visible from any place. Those interested can order soft drinks, hot coffee or tea. The trip on the Moscow-Lobnya express train has only one drawback - it is too short.
You can get on the new electric train in the Savelovsky direction by contacting the ticket office of the Savelovsky railway station or the Lobnya railway station. In addition, you can buy tickets on the Aeroexpress website, and they are sold 15 days in advance, so you can plan your trip in advance.
