If before going to bed your head is full of heavy thoughts, it is better to go out for a walk in the fresh air or do monotonous work - cleaning, cooking, hand washing. Take care of someone: water the flowers, play with your pet, go to the child to once again wish him good night. After you have regained your peace of mind, you can go to bed.

What a sleeping person sees in a dream directly depends on the smells that surround him. Therefore, before going to bed, be sure to ventilate the room. Do not leave leftover food, dirty dishes, or mugs of unfinished drinks in the bedroom. Dying plants should also be moved to another room. Get yourself a bedding spray that you like the smell of. Before going to bed, you can light incense sticks or an aroma lamp and dream for ten to fifteen minutes, inhaling a pleasant smell. However, it is best not to do this in the bedroom, as the heavy aroma will also make it difficult for you to fall asleep.
