Step 4

A certificate of rights to real estate objects registered before January 31, 1998 is drawn up in 6 working days and costs 2,500 rubles.

Step 5

These extracts will contain the following information: - full name of the body that carried out state registration; - outgoing number and date of issue of the extract; - conditional or cadastral number of the property; - area; - purpose; - location; - exact address; - extended information about the owner or to the employer; - type of right that is registered; - full name the one to whom the statement was issued.
