Mushrooms are popularly called mushrooms, which in fact belong to different families. The name comes from the word "stump", since they grow in groups mainly on stumps. If you're lucky, you can pick up to 10 kg of these mouth-watering mushrooms from one place. The main thing is to be able to distinguish real mushrooms from false ones.

Instructions

Step 1

First, remember how real summer mushrooms look and grow. They are most often poured on stumps of deciduous or coniferous trees, as well as in dry ones. You need to go in search of them not earlier than the beginning of July. Beige or brown honey agaric caps have scales, reach a maximum of eight cm in diameter and have a bulge in the center. In early honey agarics, the edges of the cap are tucked inward, and in later ones, there is no bulge. On the inside, the caps have frequent light or brown plates. The shade depends on the age of the mushroom. Thin cylindrical legs of honey agarics have a thickening closer to the base.

Step 2

When cutting a mushroom, pay attention to the inside. The pulp should not change color, should not exude a pungent odor. If honey agarics are young, a kind of "skirt" should remain on the leg when separating the cap. The inside of the leg should be firm and fibrous.

Step 3

Study photo galleries and encyclopedias in order to better understand how real and false mushrooms look in general, because a verbal description is not enough.

Step 4

The first sign of a false mushroom is a sulfur-yellow shade of the cap and a yellow leg. The fake honey agarics have absolutely smooth hats.

Step 5

Do not confuse real honey agarics with gray-lamellar false ones. They differ from each other only in the color of the plates. In false ones, they are, as the name suggests, gray.

Step 6

Please note the color of the dispute. They are on the inside of the cap, to get them, just shake the mushroom over your palm and they will spill out. Spores of real honey agarics are colorless or white, in shape - ovoid or ellipsoidal, certainly smooth. In false ones, they have a dark shade: from brick to purple.

Step 7

For more confidence, you can chew on a piece of raw mushroom. But only as a last resort - it is better to simply abandon the dubious mushroom. False mushrooms have a bitter taste.
