On the soft soils of a suburban area, you can independently drill a water well. This requires a little preparation and electricity. Since these will be surface waters, it is better not to drink them for drinking, but to use them for technical needs.

It is necessary

  • - 2 pumps;
  • - two barrels;
  • - hoses;
  • - pipes;
  • - bars (6 m);
  • - pipe couplings.

Instructions

Step 1

Dig a hole 1x1x0.6 m. Take the first pipe and use a grinder to make teeth on it. For pipes, cut threads on each side. Their length should be from two meters. Make a tripod out of a bar and place it in a dug hole. Attach a roller to it on top by passing a rope through it. For stability, connect the tripod at the bottom and in the middle with a bar. Step back a meter from it and install a metal or wooden pin into the ground. It is best to make a drum like a well. Attach one end of the rope to it and tie the other to the pipe.

Step 2

Fasten the next pipe to the pipe as it enters the ground with a sleeve. Do this until you go deeper to the required depth. Install the pipe into the pit and screw the adapter with a hose bend onto its upper end. Then, near the pit, place one barrel on the ground, the second on the platform, the level of which should be equal to the height of the upper level of the first. Make a tap at the bottom.

Step 3

Put dry grass tightly in the upper barrel, which will serve as a kind of filter, lay the net on top obliquely. It will clean the soil from coarse fractions that will fall with water, then it will simply fall down. Dry grass will filter out small parts and water will drain into the lower barrel from the upper one. Also, install a pump in the lower barrel, which, taking water, will supply it to the pipe under pressure. Water leaving the pipe will wash out the soil. This cloudy suspension will fall into the pit.

Step 4

Install a second dredge pump that will pump the muddy water into the upper barrel. Also, some soil will fall with it. Remove the main part of it with a shovel as it is added. Thus, the pipe, under its own weight, begins to deepen itself, and the soil is thrown upward. It is necessary to monitor the level of the washed out soil and discard it.
